8:00-8:30a -- Time to get organized, get dressed for practice, social time, etc.

8:30-9:00a -- Morning Warm-up

9:00-9:50a -- Rotation 1
9:50-10:05a -- Break & Morning Snack
10:05-10:55a -- Rotation 2
10:55-11:00a -- Break
11:00-11:50a -- Rotation 3

11:50-1:00p -- Lunch

1:00-1:30p -- Afternoon Warm-up

1:30-2:15p -- Rotation 4
2:15-2:20p -- Break
2:20-3:05p -- Rotation 5
3:05-3:10p -- Break
3:10-3:55p -- Rotation 6
3:55-4:10p -- Break & Afternoon Snack

4:10-5:00p* -- Open Gym

Final day of Camp (Thursday/Sunday) – Open Gym will be replaced with a “Show & Tell” time. Campers will show their camp dances (girls) & have the opportunity to show their parents the new skills they worked on during their time at camp.
